What file formats are supported?

EPUB is translated natively. MOBI, AZW3 and FB2 are accepted and converted to EPUB automatically before translation.

How long does translation take?

It depends on the length of the book. Most titles under 150,000 characters finish in well under an hour; longer books are processed chapter by chapter so you can track progress in real time.

How is pricing calculated?

One price per book, based on total character count — not a subscription and not billed per word. You always see the price before you upload. See the pricing page for the current tiers.

What is Author mode?

Author mode lets you supply a glossary, world-building notes or translation guidance before the full translation runs, so proper nouns and tone follow your preferences. It costs 25% more than Reader mode for the same book.

Who owns the copyright of my translation?

You retain all rights to your work. We only use your file to produce your translation and do not redistribute or reuse your content. Please only upload books you have the right to translate.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, under the conditions in our Refund Policy — for example if the service fails to deliver a working translation. Read the full policy for details.

Which languages are supported?

We support major language pairs and are expanding coverage. The available source and target languages are shown when you upload your book.

Is my manuscript kept private?

Yes. Your file is used only to produce your translation and is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
